1 General

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between germania (referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") and any registered user ("you" or "the user"). By accessing the germania.im website or mobile app, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are also available in English; however, the English version shall serve as the primary reference for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict, the English version will prevail.

Germania is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. We believe in responsible gaming and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use Germania's services. Anyone who registers by falsifying their age will have their account immediately closed and their balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are opened by the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and benefits will be forfeited. We treat this as fraud.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, address, and phone number — must be accurate and belong to you. Providing incorrect or someone else's details will prevent account verification and may result in withdrawals being blocked.

2.4 KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for withdrawals of ৳25,000 or more. You will need to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. Large withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit

Deposits on germania are instant. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Over 50 payment methods are supported, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. No additional charges apply to deposits.

3.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. VIP members receive priority. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• If an active bonus is on your account at the time of withdrawal, the wagering requirements must be met first
• Suspicious transactions may require additional verification
• Processing times may be longer on bank holidays
• Network fees apply to crypto withdrawals

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Germania complies with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the account will be temporarily suspended and investigated. We are obligated to report such cases to the relevant authorities.

4 Betting Rules

4.1 Bet Confirmation

Once you click the "Confirm Bet" button, the bet is considered final and cannot be cancelled or modified for any reason, unless the event is cancelled or we decide otherwise at our discretion.

4.2 Odds Changes

Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed when you place a bet may shift by the time it is processed. Your bet will be accepted at the updated odds.

4.3 Incorrect Odds

If odds are published with an obvious error due to a technical fault or human mistake, germania reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. The user's original stake will be refunded.

4.4 Event Cancellation

If an event is not completed within the scheduled time or is cancelled, the associated bet is generally voided and the stake refunded. Different rules may apply in exceptional cases.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the terms on the relevant offer page before claiming any bonus. Bonuses and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn unless all conditions are met.

• Bonus validity is generally 30 days
• Only one bonus can be active at a time
• Wagering requirements may vary for each bonus
• Bets placed with bonus balance are only accepted in select markets

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit (up to ৳10,000). The wagering requirement for this bonus is 8x. Wagering counts only on Sports Betting, not on casino games.

5.3 Referral Bonus

To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred person must be a new user and must complete their first deposit. Using a single referral link to refer yourself or multiple accounts belonging to people you know is not permitted.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following actions may result in account suspension or closure, and your balance may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information
• Bonus Abuse or Arbitrage Betting
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Using another person's identity or payment method
• Money Laundering or Suspicious Financial Activity
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the system

Germania may investigate any account it deems suspicious and take appropriate action at any time, without prior notice.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure at User Request

You can request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets will be settled and your remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you can self-exclude from the platform for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During this period, you will not be able to access your account, and opening a new account will also be blocked.

7.3 Closure by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in cases of rule violations, fraud, or suspicious activity. Accounts will be locked during any investigation. If cleared, the account will be reinstated.

8 Limitation of Liability

Germania strives to keep its platform as accurate and uninterrupted as possible. However, we are not directly liable for any losses caused by technical issues, internet outages, or third-party factors.

• Betting opportunities missed due to server downtime
• Incomplete bets due to connectivity issues
• Delays from Third-Party Payment Gateways
• Issues caused by incorrect information provided by the user

10 Changes to Terms

Germania reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be sent to your registered email or phone number at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

11 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours. If the matter cannot be settled through support, you may seek assistance from an independent mediator.
